Right of withdrawal and returns
As soon as you receive your order at your home, you have 15 days to contact us and report that you want to make a refund. The product must be kept in its original state with labels, without spots or odors. Returns will not be accepted without prior notice and only returns will be made once the status of the returned products is reviewed. For hygiene reasons, no refunds of the following products will not be accepted: masks, knee, buccal, coquillas and underwear.

OPTION 1. (FOR MAINLAND SPAIN AND THE BALEARIC ISLANDS). EXCHANGE

OPTION 2. RETURN WITH OUR SHIPPING COMPANY

The right of withdrawal shall be understood in the deadline when it has sent us the communication regarding the exercise of this right before the end of the corresponding term, in the terms indicated above.
Consequences of withdrawal:In case you exercise the right of withdrawal, we will refund all the payments that we have received from your part, excluding delivery costs without any miscall and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on the that inform us of his decision to desist from the contract.
